Crazy repo man actually jerks a woman out of her car and repossesses it.

he is not legally allowed to do that, that is BREACH OF THE PEACE. Repossessions are only legal if they do not involve breaking and entering or any violence or threat of violence. He assaulted her. Even Repo men can't go around beating people up, they have to follow laws too. So what the woman violated her contract, she is still protected by the law.
